Warranty

All Faber fires carry a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. At its discretion Glen Dimplex Australasia Ltd will either replace or repair the defective components.

The warranty period commences from date of purchase and is subject to the detailed terms and conditions outlined on the warranty card in the product.

Some of the key warranty conditions are:

• The warranty is not transferable.
• The fire must be installed with a Faber flue kit and by a Faber certified gas installer.
• The warranty only covers manufacturing defects – it will not apply if the product has not been installed according to manufacturer’s instructions.
• The fire must be serviced by a Faber certified service technician.
